At Miss Michou’s Shop, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality beauty and personal care products. Due to the nature of the products we sell, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is unopened
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item has not been worn, altered, or tampered with
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used wigs
  • Hair extensions or bundles that have been opened, worn, brushed, cut, or styled
  • Opened hair oils, serums, creams, or beauty products
  • Cosmetics or personal care items once opened
  • Sale items or clearance items
  • Gift cards

All sales on these items are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process the request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

Return Approval Required

Customers must contact us first before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once a return is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment methodwithin 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error made by Miss Michou’s Shop.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

After an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
